Losing a child is the most heartbreaking pain a parent can ever endure. The journey that begins with a cancer diagnosis is devastating—filled with fear, exhaustion, and unimaginable sorrow. At Logan's Heroes, we know this pain all too well. Logan was everything to us, just as his brothers are, and his absence is felt at every moment of every day. It's our hope to bring some joy to these kids and young adolescents going through treatment along the way. We are focused on helping all children but really focused on the Teens & Young Adults.

Our Story: Remembering Logan

Logan's Heroes was born out of profound loss and a desire to honor the memory of our beloved son, Logan. Diagnosed with cancer at a young age, Logan fought bravely, inspiring everyone around him with his strength and spirit. As parents, we navigated the harrowing world of pediatric oncology—endless hospital visits, grueling treatments, and the constant shadow of uncertainty. Despite our best efforts and the tireless work of medical teams, we lost Logan far too soon. His passing left an indelible void in our lives, but it also ignited a passion to support other families facing similar battles.

Logan's brothers remind us daily of the innocence and joy of childhood, even in the face of grief. We founded Logan's Heroes to channel our pain into purpose, ensuring that no child or family feels alone in their fight against cancer.

Our Mission: Bringing Joy to Young Warriors

At Logan's Heroes, our core mission is to provide emotional, practical, and joyful support to children battling pediatric cancer. While we aim to help all kids undergoing treatment, we place a special emphasis on teens and young adults. This age group often faces unique challenges: the disruption of school, social isolation, identity struggles, and the transition to adulthood—all compounded by the physical and emotional toll of cancer.

We believe that small acts of kindness can make a big difference. Whether it's organizing fun events, providing care packages tailored to teens' interests (like gaming gear, books, or art supplies), or offering peer support networks, we're committed to injecting moments of happiness into their difficult journeys.

How We Help: Programs and Initiatives

  • Logan Heroes comfort items for Treatment Days: Customized Heroes bag filled with age-appropriate items to brighten hospital stays or chemo sessions. For teens, this might include wireless headphones, Legos, or blankets & warmies.

  • Awareness and Fundraising Events: Community gatherings, walks, and online campaigns to raise funds and spread awareness about pediatric cancer, with a spotlight on the needs of older kids.
